Beyond being able to self fund to a large degree Fimian has not been what you would call a strong candidate with the kind of campaign to win a Democratic leaning district in a year that is highly unfavorable for Republicans. The excitement isn't in the 11th. The races to watch are the 2nd and 5th. Much depends on the size of the wave. I don't imagine the 10th will flip. Wolf should be safe until redistricting.
