  Between this and the fact that Williams cowered to the pressure of the Delgaudio fan club and its President, Scott York, one might be tempted to believe that the announcement that “Shawn F-ing Williams” is the “Best Supervisor On The BOS” may have been a bit premature. However, the bar is set so incredibly low that one single act of virtuous leadership, no matter how temporary, clearly establishes Shawn Williams as the best this Board has to offer.
