Looks like a list of Obama’s foreign policy accomplishments.

  • Glen Bayless says:

Looks like a list of Republican ideas to solve ANY problem.

  • edmundburkenator says:

Maybe you should keep it to five, LA.

  • Independent Voter says:

Show this list to John McCain and Lindsay Graham, the old warmongers. I cannot believe we could be involved in another war when we are still spending billions in the hell-hole in the Middle East.

  • Tom Seeman says:

Sorry, but this is rank stupidity. If you ignore aggression it doesn’t go away but only gets worse, and it gets closer and closer to your own national interests. And yes, things that happen in the supposed far corners of the world really do affect us at home in the pocketbook.

As for so-called “Independent Voter,” he or she commits two logical fallacies; one is the either-or fallacy, and the other is the straw man.

No one has suggested we go to war over the Crimea, so the suggestion that some want one is a straw man.

In the either-or fallacy in which the only two options are at the extremes. In this case, our choices are (supposedly) only 1) go to war, or 2) do nothing. In reality there are a million gradations in between. They range from withdrawal of diplomatic personnel to freezing bank accounts to all sorts of economic sanctions.

Either way, let’s have a halfway intelligent post on the subject, please.

    Has Too Conservative gone forever?

No. But we could use some content. I have been too busy. I will post guest posts of any political stripe without edit if any one wants to write one. Just indicate here and I will contact you though your email to get the text and put it up for you.

You can use a different anonymous name if you like so people don’t know who wrote it.

Btw, another thing that had been taking up all my time is the political debate on channel 19 on my CB radio. Keep on truckin…

I heard the internet died when they connected all the things to it and Netflix took up 98 percent of the bandwidth. Now we have 30000 bad B movies and no blogs.

  • Tom Seeman made an intelligent comment on this that was stuck in the spam filter. I released it and am drawing attention to it now.
