I did read that the lowly toad Connelly is getting protested at his Woodbridge and Annandale Offices tomorrow. From a Facebook posting:
Go to Gerry Connolly’s office Tuesday to protest with Americans for Prosperity, 4308 Ridgewood Center Drive, Woodbridge VA Time: 1:30pm. Then follow the bus! Where: Gerry Connolly’s office, 4115 Annandale Rd, Suite 103, Annandale VA
this is what is happening across this Commonwealth. I talked to a gentleman from the Prospect Va area today. He is conservative, but never has been active in politics other than “voting whenever he got the chance”. He rode the train from Lynchburg to DC last week to “protest”. He called Perriello’s office & said that if P voted for the Pelosicare, that this gentleman would work his “behind” off & contribute to anyone running against him. This older gentleman is HOT! People are HOT! yes we can. and yes we will.
KIV and other LL, If you are on Facebook and want to friend me, contact LI for my email information. There are key Virginia grassroots people that work with American’s for Prosperity, and they post information regarding protests on healthcare (and all future voting) all over VA. They hit Ward Amrstrong’s office today too – nice to see he is getting some snarky constitutents in his face.
I do think that the McDonnell,Bolling, and Cuccinelli campaigns are a model for the GOP in the future. They were especially effective in tying together the issues under a single banner, formerly Obama was effective at this, remember “change” and “hope?” They also competed across racial demographics.
Ed Gillespie, McDonnell’s campaign chairman, had this to say:
“McDonnell appealed to the growing Hispanic and Asian American enclaves of Northern Virginia, where his message of entrepreneurship, educational opportunity and strong families resonated.”
Then that would be a 59-39-2 majority in the house! Unfortunately, the senate is still blue, with a slight majority, so they could play obstructionists to real progress for 2 years until we turn it red! It will be important to keep Ken’s seat.
any truth to the rumor that one of the anti-Pelosicare “protesters” that Connolly threw out of his office last week was Susan Allen?
KIV, I did not hear that although that would be kinda cool.
Solid RED , with blue sprinkles. MMMMMMMMM,MMMMM,MMMMM. Barack Hussein Obama. Yes we can!
Something I’ve wondered about, in a viral way:
You know those stickers on cars that have the “Hope” poster, with “Yes We Did” under the image?
Remember the poster of Obama with the Dark Knight Joker makeup superimposed, and “Socialism” under that image?
I’d almost like to see the IMAGE from the “socialism” poster, with “Oh No You Don’t” emblazoned below the image.
Hmm? Mmm mmm.
mmmm, mmmmm, mmmmm is all I have to say.

thanks Loudoun Lady. Please let me know of any other Perriello protests. I can go to his satellite offices here in southern Virginia.
Has anyone heard the final results of the delegate races and how many more seats Republicans picked up?
The last I heard was we picked up 6 seats.

Perriello protest got some media attention (Danville office):

I read about the Perriello protests. Then I read that Sen. Hurt hired Chris LaCivita as campaign manager. That is good news. Chris is a winner.
That map still looks too blue.
Ron Villanueva certified winner in the 21st district by 13 votes! http://hamptonroads.com/2009/11/villanueva-declared-winner-21st-district-race
Recount likely.
