   Why are state employees not buying their own water. I worked for the Feds and if we wanted bottled water, we bought it with our own money, drank “eau municipale” or chipped in to for a water delivery service. I’m appalled that my tax dollars are subsidizing the bottled water industry AND contributing to all the plastic trash. Can someone figure out what this perk (no pun intended) costs the taxpayer?
