Happy New Year!
By Loudoun Insider
That’s about all I have to say right now. I’m hoping to take it easy for the next couple days. If you have any exciting resolutions or predictions, comment away.

My 2011 predition – there will be minimun of 36 anti-DB and ED posts before mid-year.
I don’t know whether I will get a “lighten the F up” response like Stone, or “Tis the season” response like Linda, but either way – I do predict a TC “Bashing” New Year.
I predict that you are correct, LL! I have no doubt that those two extremist hysterical (my new favorite word) wack jobs will continue to provide ample blog fodder as the election season heats up. Like it or not, those are the two most high profile ambassadors for the LCRC, and it isn’t flattering.
Good Luck with that LI.
Loudoun Lady, to you Ravi wishes the happiest F’in New Year possible. And to you and all others, Ravi wishes great prosperity and health over the entire year of 2011.
LI, thanks for keeping people on their toes in 2010. Here’s hoping you do the same in 2011.
Health, good fortune, and peace to all of the posters and those who comment here at Too Conservative — including my usual sparing partners (you know who you are).
eb, I’ll take part of that inference and say many happy returns of a wonderful new year to you too, and everyone else as well!
Happy New Year All!
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.
My New Year resolution is to give up bowling. {It’s the only one I can seem to keep}
Resolutions:
-Motivate the people on my college’s Conservative’s Club to actually do some work.
-RON PAUL spam at least 5 new people on Facebook
-Blog more frequently
-Get a job on a presidential campaign.
Happy new year to everyone here at Tooconservative!
Resolutions:
Stop picking on Blackout, he can’t help it. Bless his heart.
Buy our President a copy of Milton Friedman’s book, Capitalism And Freedom.
Try harder to win the Lottery
Become a better shooter through differing training methods
Convince more people to get active in local politics beyond running their mouths on blogs and sniping from the sidelines.
Predictions:
Republicans win big in Loudoun and Virginia in 2011. Voters have now seen realized the whole Change thing was a crock of crap and now see us moving towards one economic calamity after another with this collective group of economic dimwits running the show. The corrections will continue and not a moment to late.
The corrections will continue and not a moment to late. or maybe to soon.
The GOP can only win in Loudoun if we don’t have to choose between moderate Dems or Republican nut jobs. No chance the Dems can win if we have acceptable candidates. Is “purity” worth losing the seats?
Sorry, WBC, the architects of The Protic Principle are back in charge actively discouraging widely acceptable candidates from running. They may not win, but at least they’ll be “pure”! (It never ceases to amaze me when I write that that they could actually think some of the people they put forth are pure in any sense of the word!)
Guys, look at the proposed districts: they will affect some scrambling.
All nine plans are basically preposterous, and will require some major work to get anything approximating compliance with the supposed rules.
(For fun, cut out the federal land of Dulles Airport from EVERY plan, and see what happens to one of the districts.)
Republicans take control of the Board of Supervisors; Burk, Burton lose. School board stays the same. Simpson re-elected as sheriff. Joanne Chase — still is a nut.
